It\u2019s lovely to spend extra\ntime with your brood, but having to take on the role of teacher really makes\nyou appreciate how much if an amazing job that teachers do all year around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most important things to do when setting out your\nhome-schooling schedule is to have a distraction-free zone to teach your kids\nin. A garden room is perfect for this \u2013 a little safe haven in your garden to\nconcentrate on history, maths, science\u2026whatever takes your fancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The perfect thing about a garden room is that you can spill\nout into the garden with the kids too to make things a little more interactive,\nfun and active for them and to prevent any stuffiness and boredom!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No Internet Zone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s a lot going on right now and it can all get too\nmuch, so having a tranquil zone that you can escape to and not have to\nendlessly scroll through your phone or receive scary forwarded messages from\nrelatives on WhatsApp could be very welcome indeed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can easily decide not to install Wi-Fi or have a booster\nin your garden room, so you can escape the net. Or an easy thing to do is to\nsimply make your room a phone-free area \u2013 and you\u2019ll probably find your general\nlevels of relaxation increase and your levels of stress decrease in the\nprocess!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relax and make a space that your brain associates with\nwinding down and enjoying a bit of \u2018me time\u2019 and tranquillity, which is\nmuch-needed right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Office Space<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most obvious uses for your garden room is to turn\nit into a make-shift office space for your working from home needs. You\u2019re\ngoing to need an area where you can switch-off from everything else for a few\nhours to get some work done, make some awkward Zoom calls and generally have a\nplace free from distractions related to kids, pets or partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re not used to ever working from home then this can\nbe especially difficult to get to grips with \u2013 suddenly being on your own and\nworking in a new way is bizarre, but creating a structure and routine for\nyourself is key to working effectively from home.
